A national home and small business service provider required an update to their existing systems to give their field service technicians secure remote access to their customer database while on installations and service calls. A demo app was designed and coded to demonstrate to the client exactly how it could work. The app was given a responsive design so it could work with the tablet issued to the client’s field service technicians as well as any iOS or Android phones or tablets as well as laptops.

At a proof-of-concept meeting the app was successfully integrated into the clients existing systems.
